Developed for the NGO @spinvisivel, the “Terra dos Invisíveis” project mapped invisible territories in São Paulo, using city data to highlight marginalized populations and economic activities. In partnership with the collective @instagrafite, we created street art to demarcate these areas and presented data visualizations on platforms like Google Maps. The project also compiled an Action Plan with the community’s demands, which will be delivered to authorities.
The project was internationally recognized with bronze in two categories at the 27th edition of the El Ojo de Iberoamérica Festival: Data Research and Integration and Best Data Visualization, highlighting its innovative use of data to bring visibility and create creative solutions for invisible communities.
